Best doctor I've ever met or seen.

Dr. Hessel was very welcoming/friendly and asked pertinent questions while utilizing excellent listening skills. He used analogies to explain my problem/condition on a level that I could understand and answered all questions I had. He also explained 2 possible surgeries/alternatives and their criteria, risks, and benefits. I was also impressed by Dr. Hessel's use of critical thinking skills in assessing my particular condition. He put all the pieces of the puzzle together for me to see the real problem and what needs to be done to resolve the issue. It was a true "light bulb" moment! I would highly recommend Dr. Hessel as a care provider.
